Admissions – What to Expect and What to Bring for Your Stay

During your stay at Beacon Point Recovery Center, you’ll want to bring a few personal items as well as enough comfortable clothing to last two weeks. We have laundry facilities on-site for each client to use as needed. Keep in mind, if you wish to take advantage of our fitness center, you should bring appropriate activewear as well.

What You’ll Want to Bring

While we do provide personal hygiene products to our clients as needed, we suggest you bring the following for your stay:

  • Toothbrush and Toothpaste
  • Deodorant
  • Hair and Skin Care Products
  • Shaving Supplies
  • Makeup
  • Prescription Medications (In Original Containers)

You’ll also want to pack sufficient clothing for your stay. We suggest bringing the following:

  • Pajamas (1-2 Sets)
  • Comfortable Shirts and Pants (4 or 5 of Each)
  • Underwear (4 Pairs), Socks (4-5 Pairs)
  • Light Jacket (1)
  • Comfortable Shoes, Sneakers (1 Pair)
  • Winter Jacket and Hat (For Winter Months)

What Not to Bring

Although personal items can make your stay more pleasant, we suggest leaving certain items at home. Please do not bring any valuables including jewelry and expensive electronics. You also will not need cash or any food items at Beacon Point. Smoking is permitted in certain areas, but no smokeless tobacco or vaping is allowed.
